ROCK RESCUE
INTRODUCTION:
VERSE 1:
You play to my hell; you play to my love,
You calm me down; you make me push and shove
All I wanna do is to rock with you
VERSE 2:
You’re the engine room, of the beat that’s free,
Your siren sounds, you’re gonna rescue me
All I wanna do is to rock with you.
CHORUS:
You're as smooth as honey, you’re a jungle vine
On a dusty track with a friend of mine
Red thunder rolling, At a 100 miles
You’re the star on the stage
I’m the light in the isles
A rusty sound like old hotel
Sweating the tunes that you know so well.
All I wanna do is to rock with you
SOLO:
BRIDGE:
A candescent mountain on a heaving ocean
Hands reaching out to you ……. reaching out to you ………
VERSE 3:
Wrapping my fingers on your windowpane
Come out and play I’m standing dry in the rain
All I wanna do is to rock with you
CHORUS:
You're as smooth as honey, you’re a jungle vine
On a dusty track with a friend of mine
Red thunder rolling, At a 100 miles
You’re the star on the stage
I’m the light in the isles
A rusty sound like old hotel
Sweating the tunes that you know so well.
All I wanna do is to rock with you

From Pondalowie to the Nullarbor
Cactus waves I'd never seen before

Chisel, Rudd, Daddy Cool you were my friends.
REFRAIN 1:
In the summer of seventy five
We lived our lives in overdrive
Campfires on the beach till morning light.
GUITAR SOLO:
VERSE 3:
My tangled hair stung by the sun
The panel vans lines up for fun
Moana silver sands you were my friends
VERSE 4:
When mates of mine were mates I knew,
Guitar and keys, played a gig or two
Countdown came alive, it would never end
REFRAIN 2:
In the summer of seventy five
We lived our lives in overdrive
Campfires on the beach till morning light.

Pippi’s Song © Copyright 2019
Lyrics: Susan Craig
Music: Mark Simpkin & Ian Kelly
VERSE
Pippi’s come to town
A suitcase full of gold
The strongest girl in the world.
Made friends with the kids next door
Then found a million more.
You superpowers now unfurled
VERSE
And they attack your freckles,
They attack your tattered clothes
The village men see you disturbed
But they’re the bullies
And you are warm and wise
Besting grown ups with your words
CHORUS
Your liberty force, it won’t stop now
You started a fire and it’s burning wild
Tommy and Annika are proud of you
You said hello to the world with your child
SOLO
VERSE
Look out here they come
To make you cry and run
But you put the bullies in the trees
You tell your stories
They’ll tell you tales and lies
You stare them down with ease
CHORUS
Your liberty force, it won’t stop now
You started a fire and it’s burning wild
Tommy and Annika are proud of you
You captured the world with your child
You captured the world with your child
You captured the world with your child
